Today's project is a Christmas Banner I made for our Late Night Stampers Challenge last week. It is all glitz and sparkles, perfect for Christmas!
The Mistletoe Ribbon Originals (116792) is just to die for! I made the bow shown above using the Old Olive Taffeta Ribbon which comes as part of the duo. If you love this ribbon set as much as I do, you will want to stock up because it is only available until January 4th in the Holiday Mini Catalog (click to download your electronic copy or email me to receive your FREE paper copy)!
To make those letters dazzle, I used Crystal Effects (101055) and Chunky Essentials (108797) Glitter. Glamorous! Speaking of letters, did you notice almost all of the banner is made from Big Shot dies? I used the Scallop Square (115950), Scallop Circle #2 (113469), and the Serif Essentials Alphabet (113454) to create the banner, and then dressed it up with some glitter and ribbon. The Big Shot makes "big" projects so easy!
To hang up this banner, I looped linen thread (104199) around 1" Real Red double-stitched Grosgrain Ribbon (115607).
