I am really loving this whole Mojo Monday thing. The inspiration for this layout came from this week's Mojo Monday sketch, shown here. I think this card could definitely work as a Guy Gallery card and as a Kid's Korner card. What do you think? It seems like almost every time I make a Guy card, I think, "This could be a kid's card, too!" Funny how those two do seem to go together quite a lot! hehe. :) Stamps: Say it with Scallops (111678), Congrats (113770, FREE with $50 order before March 31st!) Congrats!!
I've been a little crazy with color lately! Maybe it's all this SNOW!! I can't believe it, Mother Nature is taunting me with sunny days and then she dumps down a bunch more snow. I just can't wait for Summer time and maybe I'm trying to coax things along a little. :) I saw this picture in my Architechural Digest magazine, and boy, I was definitely in the mood to be laying under one of those lovely yoyo yellow umbrellas and taking a dip in that brilliant blue pool. Even if I can't get out the bikini just yet, at least I got some great color inspiration!

Scallop Circle Flower
Here is a quick and easy tutorial on how to make the scallop circle flower shown in my "Flight of the Butterfly card" shown HERE. Enjoy!
Count out 6 scallops, and then fold.
Turn the folded scallop circle over, and then fold again as shown below.

Ribbon Bow Tie
And here is another quick and easy demonstration on making ribbon "bow tie". :) Let's make cards-making a Black-tie event! (or should I say Old Olive event??). This bow tie is shown on this card.
Flight of the Butterfly
Isn't that a gorgeous flower!! I love how it turned out. To make it, I punched out 4 scallop circles, count out 6 scallops and folded, then turned it over and folded the two edges in toward the center. For a picture tutorial, CLICK HERE.
The sharp little bows are a snap and look snappy, too! Just glue a piece of ribbon in a circle, and then glue a band to cinch it together. For a picture tutorial of the ribbon bow tie, CLICK HERE.
Stamps: Flight of the Butterfly
Ink: Chocolate Chip, So Saffron
Paper: Kraft, Very Vanilla, Old Olive, So Saffron, Cameo Coral, Chocolate Chip, Creamy Caramel, Riding Hood Red

What is "Mojo Monday", you ask? Well, I'm not totally sure, but I like the sound of it!! Happy St. Patty's!!
Look at all the fun I've been having for St. Patty's Day!!
These fun little faces are disguising some delicious peppermint patties sandwiched between the front and back. I used bamboo skewers poked into floral foam to hold them in place. Aren't those Leprechauns and Pots of gold adorable?? I thought so, too, when I saw them on this blog: http://www.stamperdog.com/ (so check it out!!)
What would St. Patty's Day be without a little Luck O' the Irish??
And this cute little guy below?? Oh, yes, I had to make one, too, when I was inspired by this blog: http://procrastistamper.blogspot.com/
There are just so many fantastic bloggers and ideas out there, I had way too much fun making all these fun St. Patty's day projects!!
